Whether it's taking a walk around the neighborhood, a nature scavenger hunt or soaking up fresh air in the backyard. I prefer hands-on activities that spark creativity and connection. Cooking wholesome, nourishing meals is a passion. Learning and teaching the wonderful benefits of every vegetable, fruit, herb, or spice that goes into a meal is fascinating to me. I would love to cook a kid-friendly meal or snacks that help and support optimal growth and nourishment.
