About Kyle

As a former Visual art teacher in mainly an elementary setting, I believe that yes, elements and principles should be taught but so should the freedom of play and exploration. Art can be used as tool to communicate thought and emotion, but it can also be used as a way to learn and show understanding. Happy to help the student develop skills or to just explore more. If they are struggling in other subject areas, incorporating visual arts can help develop and broaden an understanding that was lying hidden.
