About Kyla

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, empathetic, and curious. I like working with kids because I love children's curiosity for the world around them. Guiding kids and witnessing them grow into the person they are becoming is a rewarding challenge for me. I'm looking for a job that values clear and direct communication. I also am looking for a job where I can get creative and do fun activities with the child(ren) I am working with. I started working with kids when I was in high school (2017) through babysitting and volunteering. In my spare time, I like to play with my cats, go out walks in nature, cook yummy food, and bake treats for family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I like doing creative or outdoor activities with the kids I work with. My skills include planning activities, being a good listener, and communicating with parents and caregivers.
