As a creative and friendly caregiver with two years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I have some college education and hold certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and am a Certified Nursing Assistant. My friendly and approachable personality allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication during pickup or drop-off. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. In my role as a caregiver, I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to create a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
