I'd describe my personality as dependable, adaptable, and communicative. I like working with kids because it allows me to make a positive impact on their development and learning. I find it incredibly rewarding to see their growth and progress, and I enjoy creating engaging and supportive environments that help them thrive. Working with children also keeps me energized and inspired, as their curiosity and enthusiasm are truly infectious. I'm looking for a job that I can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. I want a role that allows me to use my skills in child development and communication to support the needs of both the children and their families. Ideally, the position would offer flexible hours and the opportunity to build a trusting relationship with the families I work with. I started working with kids when I graduated high school. I worked with special needs kids, and soon after I got a job at a daycare, where I worked for 2 years.
