About Kya

Hello! I'm Kya, I am Certified Home Care Aide. I've been working in-home with seniors who have various disabilities for 2 years. I love my job! I believe it is important to treat everyone I work with as if they were my own family. I pride myself on my work ethic, warm personality, reliability, and flexibility. I have experience in working with clients who have are bed bound, in hospice, and in a wheelchair. I also have experience working with stroke survivors, patients with dementia, missing limbs, and more common illnesses that come along with aging. I have my own reliable transportation and have gone to many places from the mall to doctor's offices with my past clients. My long term goal is to open my own Adult Family Home in honor of my mother. I'm continuing my education in the medical/caregiving field, and I am on the hunt for one or multiple long-term clients that can become family!
