We interviewed Kwezi. She seemed nice and she said she had tons of experience. We asked for references, and she gave us 1 reference who told us that they really couldn't give her a thorough reference because she only worked for them for two days. But she was ok for those two days. When we reached out to her to ask her for another reference she ghosted us, never responded. And the message displayed that she seen our inquiry. Funny thing, we were gonna hire her anyway if she would have just been honest about her lack of experience. We would have just adjusted the price.
