My husband and I hired Kwanza part time for the summer. We asked repeatedly if she could commit to the dates we needed. She repeatedly stated she would be able to provide child care for our daughter as I am starting a new job. She was not punctual on multiple days, she called in the night before stating she was in Georgia and unable to make it to Texas to work the next day and then she went off the grid leaving me and my husband without childcare as I start my new job. After calling and texting her yesterday she sends me a message that she will not be at work. She is unprofessional and not reliable. Icing on the cake, she requested that we front her a partial paycheck to help her out and we did. We also paid to set her up through our payroll system. I'm glad she is okay because we were worried about her when we didn't hear back from her but I highly DO NOT recommend her for your childcare needs.
