My calm and friendly demeanor, combined with my formal approach, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting choices. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from toddlers to preteens.
