It's important to receive honest reviews on personnel who you may be evaluating to come into your home and perform needed services. I want to write up a testimonial review of my time being cared for by Kulaea (aka Kay). Kay stayed as a live-in caregiver 7-days a week. She assisted me with showering and performed housekeeping (cleaning/laundry etc), shopping at Costco & local food markets, gas fill-ups, pharmacy pickups, dog walking, meal prep, etc. Never once did I fret that she would not take the maximum precautions to prep using face mask and gloves, mindful of her status as my caregiver and to protect herself and others in the public. I am a highly vulnerable respiratory patient in decline, so the COVID-19 is an extremely serious threat. Over a period of a year, I have had 7 caregivers varying in length of stay. Unequivocally I can confidently state that Kay excelled above and surpassed all the others in temperament, responsiveness, hygiene, and overall conscientiousness. Her caring attitude, commitment to excellence and meticulous approach set her apart. I highly recommend her services. Kay is a professional and proactive caregiver. She is a perfectionist who enjoys performing at a high level. If she requires a higher rate/stipend; her exceptional services are well worth it as she will more than fulfill your expectations in her overall and detailed excellence.
