As a dedicated childcare provider with two years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and fostering a nurturing environment for children. My previous babysitting roles have instilled in me a profound love for caring for children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. Patient, calm, and approachable, I create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, my approach is more collaborative, focusing on gentle guidance and positive reinforcement. When it comes to activities, I enjoy engaging children in board games and puzzles, helping them develop their problem-solving and social skills. With some college education under my belt, I'm also fluent in both Chinese and English.
