I am a 40-year-old non-smoking female with over 20 years' experience working with children between the ages of newborn and 16 years old. Some of my stronger traits are my upbeat/playful personality, my responsible and attentive nature, and my ability to learn quickly. I understand that in order to be a good child caregiver, you must first have an understanding of what the parents expect out of their children and their caregiver. My first priority will be a child's well-being. I know that every child is different and has his/her own needs, and I do my very best to accommodate those needs while also doing the job that I was hired to do.
