Krystal worked in the Activities Dept. at a facility where my mom lived. My mom connected with her better than other caregivers. Krystal got my mom as well as other residents involved. She gave them a lot of energy which created energy in the residents. She also went above and beyond her role/position with my mom by helping her in various ways outside of putting on activities.
