Krystal is absolutely the best. She came into our lives during a very stressful period and brought calm to our family and love to our daughter. Working in cramped quarters as we transitioned from the east coast to a small apartment in LA before finding a house, she was creative in keeping our daughter active, entertained, and happy and she helped us bring order to feeding and sleep schedules. Krystal is experienced, caring, and an extremely empathetic person, and she took excellent care of our daughter from 5 months to 1 year old. She is knowledgeable of babies' milestones and how to encourage growth, while being respectable of parents' preferences. We can't imagine our daughter's first year without her and we would absolutely hire her again.
