We were so lucky and fortunate to have Krystal help us and our 2 year old daughter for a year and a half. Krystal is incredible with kids. She is thoughtful, caring, and nurturing while also being stern when needed which helped our child to better learn and understand boundaries, as well as good behavior from bad. Krystal teaches and leads by example which helped to create a really special bond between her and our child. Additionally, Krystal is incredibly intelligent, well read, and mature, which not only rubbed off on our daughter, but us as parents as well. Lastly, Krystal was very flexible with her time and schedule to work around our needs. For example, she traveled with us for several days, helping to take care of and spend time with our daughter not only as a nanny, but as a friend. Our daughter still speaks to this day about our trip with Krystal! Any family, and child in particular, would be lucky to have Krystal in their lives.
