I have been babysitting since I was 12, so that is 14 years now. I have cared for newborns all the way up to 14-year-olds. I was a live-in nanny to three children ages 5, 8, and 9 for one year. I am currently a regular sitter for a family of four children ages 6, 8, 11, and 14. I've been with this family for four years. I have babysat children with ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. I am currently working on going back to school to get my Master's in Special Education. I enjoy all children. I think you can learn as much from a child as they can learn from you. Each child has different needs and different ways to be approached. I find their interests and outlook on life fascinating.
