This woman is nothing short of amazing! She worked with my family (4 kids under 7) for about 5 months and many times was our saving grace. She was never late, but stayed late whenever we needed her to. She is kind, funny, creative, and my children love her. She told me when we interviewed her that I wouldn't have to worry about my kids with her and she was right. She kept our home tidy. She kept the kids' bellies full and bathed them and put them to bed when needed as well. She did everything the kids needed, including homework, discipline, preschool drop off and pick up, doctors appointments, and sick care. My kids would tell me all the time that I wasn't doing things the right way because Miss Krystal does it "this way".....ha ha, they just loved her and her ways! I can't say enough good things about this girl! If you are on the fence, don't be, just hire her! Although, if you don't, maybe she will come back to us ;) We are VERY sorry to see her go.
