Hello! My name is Kristy, I'm 42 years old. I have been involved in caregiving since 2003. I've worked for a few different companies during that time but mostly have been independent. I've worked for IHSS. Also, my experience includes but is not limited to bathing/showering , sponge bath, Dressing/changing clothes, lifting/transferring safely, breathing machine/oxygen, medication, blood pressure and diabetes, CPR and first aid trained, assisting with the restroom, changing soiled, undergarments/diapers, preparing food/cooking food, feeding, Physical therapy, walking/physical activities, running errands and transportation, etc. the hours I'm available on Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
