I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, dedicated, collaborative. I like caring for people with special needs because I find great purpose in being able to help and support their journey in unlocking their potential. I'm looking for a job where I can build a strong relationship with my client and their family that is built on good communication and respect. I started caring for people with special needs as a substitute teacher and have worked with both mild/mod and mod/severe children. I have been in an ABA Behavioral Therapist for 3 years. And I am currently in graduate school earning my teaching credential. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family, explore the outdoors, and get creative with arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is I believe parent involvement is important to the process and hope we can find ways support each other. My skills include creating a good routine, adapting to the child's needs, and making learning engaging.
