Kristi is for real! I asked her to do what she did naturally since middle school when I needed a live-in nanny. Yes, I have known her for over 30 years! She was able to anticipate & manage my household of 3 strong-willed children (at the time age 4, 3 & 2 mo old). She was able to get my 5 year old to eat meals regularly, my 2 year old who was not interested in wearing diapers, was encouraged by Kristi to use the toilet "like a big girl" & was fully potty-trained by age 3 & my newborn who was 6 mo when I returned to work began reading with her brother & sister within that year. Kristi has been a great friend throughout the years. I do not think I could have made it through those 5 years she was with us & still today I call on her for so many other things. My children still call her auntie Kristi!
