Kristin has baby sat my son since he was about 6 months old and he is now 18 months old! He lights up when she walks in the room. She is super attentive and engaging. She takes him to the playground, on walks, to the library and keeps his day filled with fun! She is also great at communicating with me throughout the day with some pictures to make my transition back to work easier.
