About Kristin

Hi! I have been taking care of my grandparents for over 10 years. I helped my grandpa rehab from a broken hip, pneumonia and I helped them ever since he was diagnosed with dementia. He passed away 4 years ago in April. Taking care of him every minute until the end was the hardest most beautiful thing I've ever done. I helped them with grocery shopping. dr appointments, dining out, clothes shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, fill and , bathing and grooming, paying the bills, and more. She got sick in March of 2022. She came to live with us in May and she passed away Jan 23, 2023. I realized while helping them that I had the passion to help others in need, especially seniors. They are so sweet and I love hearing their stories. I just graduated from a hollistic nutrition school in March. My title is a nutritional therapy practitioner. So I can help create a healthy meal plan for your loved one if you are interested.
