My love for animals started as a child. My mother worked at a local vet clinic most of my life before she retired. We took in all kinds of rescues through the years (dogs, cats, birds) As an adult, I volunteered at local animal shelters. All my pets have been rescues. looking to get involved again with animals and animal shelters. I currently have 2 cats, and looking forward to adopting a shelter dog in the next year. Caring for animals gives me great joy. I couldn't imagine a life without them!
