Kristin saved us from a major childcare gap predicament over the holidays. I feel so fortunate that she saw my job posting and responded so quickly. She dove right into caring for my 3 month infant almost full time for 3 weeks, as well as my 2 year old toddler on top of that for one of those weeks - no easy feat! She is extremely punctual, responsive, and dependable. She is also respectful of how you want things done and will follow exact instructions. She truly enjoys and cares about my kids and I trust her implicitly. When she is working, she is 100% dedicated and focused on the job. She'll even help out with odds and ends as time permits (food prep for dinner, folding laundry). Added bonus: she also gives our cat plenty of TLC, and we've hired her for cat sitting when we've gone out of town. We are so glad she is in our lives and will continue to seek out her services when we are in need of help!
