I am a professional woman who would love to care for seniors in my area with company, cooking, light housekeeping, and errands. I'd describe my personality as patient and kind Seniors are rich with history and often overlooked. I'm looking for a job that allows me to give attention and care to those whose families may not have as much time to spend with them as they wish. I started caring for seniors when my grandparents entered assisted living 12 years ago. They lived in Ohio and I traveled 4-5x to be with them: cooking, doing laundry, taking them to medical and hair appointments, taking them on field trips to museums and farms, and just spending time together in their apartment and, subsequently, hospice rooms, as they declined. In my spare time, I like to sing, write, and care for my two cats. One thing you should know about me is that I am a professional writer--I love asking questions! My skills include spending quality time together, cooking, and running errands.
