I am an Occupational therapist. I have 4 children, 3 of them are grown and on their own. I love working with people of all ages!! I have 12 + years experience in the medical field. The last 7 years in Occupational Therapy. I have worked with clients of all ages from 2-100 years old with various diagnosis including Autistic, Non Verbal, Downs syndrome, sensory processing disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cognitive Disorders. I can assist with bathing/dressing, toileting, transferring, functional mobility, companionship, medication reminders, transport to Doctor appointments, grocery store, meal prep, housekeeping and more. For kids I can work on sensory/play based activities, movement activities If needed I can teach transfer techniques, functional mobility, ADL retraining, IADL skill development, strengthening/conditioning, standing balance activities, cognitive activities, wheelchair positioning, safety awareness, meal prep, etc.
