About Kristin

I am a native of Newport News and a graduate of HRA and UVA. I recently moved back to town after nearly 30 years in Nashville. After working in music journalism and raising my two children, I spent 17 years working for Vanderbilt Medical Center and Vanderbilt Medical Group. I moved home to be near my elderly parents, but they don't need me on a regular basis yet, so I would like to be of use to other seniors. I will accompany people to medical appointments, on errands, or just-for-fun outings. At home, I can cook or help with pets. As music formats have changed, it's been easy to lose touch with old favorites - I have extensive music knowledge, and would love to help people reconnect with the music they love. I'm a good listener, and enjoy spending time with older folks.
