My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for caring for children and the positive impact I could have on their lives. Patient, calm, creative, and approachable, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and respected. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. My experience has equipped me to be very comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
