Two years ago, we hired Kristine to provide companionship for our grandmother. Even though grandma didn't need much help, she felt really lonely after grandpa passed away. With our busy schedules, we needed someone to visit her a few days a week, read the paper, do crossword puzzles, cook, go out shopping and just be there for her. At first, it wasn't an easy decision, and we felt guilty but after just few visits, we knew we made the right choice! Kristine clicked with grandma (and us) right away. She stayed with us until we had to move grandma to memory care. But even now, Kristine still visits her at the facility. She's like family to us!
