About Kristine

After 35 years in the US Army, my husband retired, and we purchased a small homestead in Wetmore, CO, 2 years ago. I will complete my CDA Credential in the next couple of months and hold a Level II Credential in PDIS. I work at Learning Center in Centennial, CO. I work with toddlers and kindergarteners. Living in Wetmore means the commute is a challenge. Before working, I raised four kids and homeschooled them through high school. They are now all grown, successfully navigating life and following Christ. I am a born-again follower of Christ and appreciate working in a Christ-centered environment. I have volunteered as a children's soccer coach, AWANA leader (3rd-5th grades), and Sunday school teacher. I have created many games and curriculums centered around early childhood education. I love the joy and excitement children experience when learning in fun. I am allergic to cats and prefer to be called Kristy. Thank you!
