I grew up with an array of animals, and have worked at multiple rescues and non-profits. For the past year, I have been petting sitting all over the country. My elderly animals both passed a couple of years ago which allowed my change of life style as I looked for a new place to call home... fast forward to now, here I am, in Boulder. Before I acquired my own rescues, I spent 3 years of my adult life living and working on a non profit animal rescue farm. My time there involved day to day care of cats, dogs, donkey's, and horses with serious behavioral and/or medical issues. The knowledge, experience, and perspective I gained from working at Windhorse Sanctuary was priceless and life changing. I will forever find ways to help and care for the living beings around us that can't always help themselves.
