About Kristine

Over the past two years, working as a paraeducator has been incredibly rewarding and enriching. I've had the opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs, helping to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. My role involved collaborating closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans, providing one-on-one assistance to students, and facilitating small group activities. Through this experience, I've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and triumphs that come with supporting students in their educational journeys.
