25+ years of experience working in Pediatric Emergency Rooms/Pediatric Hospital Units/Neonatal Units and in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU)! I also worked for years in Labor and Delivery as a baby nurse! I performed initial vital signs after birth, administered all infant post-childbirth exams (APGAR Scales, reflex tests, etc.). I am infant and child CPR and First Aid certified! And have been trained and certified by the Red Cross in lifeguards and rescue swimming. Also, as the oldest of 8 grandchildren, I've been babysitting all my life! Not to mention that I am a mom myself! So I COMPLETELY understand the importance of finding someone you can entrust your most priceless treasures to!
