About Kristin

I am a fun loving person who adores her dogs and enjoys making people laugh! I am Covid vaccinated and also have my booster shot. My first opportunity to provide senior care was for my mother. She had diabetes and was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. I prepared her meals, managed her medication and took her to all of her doctor appointments. She loved gardening so I planned trips to botanical gardens as often as time permitted. I have also cared for my father-in-law. He was fairly independent but required medication management, meal preparation and trips to his doctors. He loved baseball and was an avid Angels fan so we would take him to games whenever they were in town. I think it's important to give seniors opportunities to stay active, learn a new skill, or enjoy whatever activities they like to do! I'm glad I was able to spend the time I did with my mom and father-in-law as a caregiver. I really enjoyed it and look forward to new opportunities to care for others!
