*PREFERRED NAME IS JAYDEN* I had been working as a ECE professional since October 2021 and I have 9 years of babysitting experience. I had been a lead preschool teacher for 2 years with a focus on 2. 5-3. 5-year-olds. I left this position in April 2024 to pursue becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician (my current job). With younger kids, I love to do arts and crafts with kids, conduct science experiments, read books, and take them outside to play! With older kids/pre teens I do a little more following the lead and let them decide what they would like to do, whether it's stay at home and relax or go out for an activity such as getting something to eat or ice skating! I also completed the elementary education pathway at WCC so I am able to help out with homework.
