As a Registered Nurse, my 12 years of experience as a caregiver have shown me that patience, creativity, and friendliness are the keys to a child's happiness and development. I'm happy to care for up to 4 children, ranging from infants to preteens. While I follow the parents' preferred communication method, I make sure to keep them updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, and I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. As an trauma and critical care RN, I am proficient in First Aid and CPR, and I'm always looking for more ways to learn and grow. We couldn't be happier with Kristina! Not only is she amazing with our kids, but her background as a nurse gives us extra peace of mind. She is incredibly patient, nurturing, and attentive, always keeping the kids engaged with fun activities while also ensuring their safety. Knowing that she has medical training makes us feel so comfortable leaving our little ones in her care. She goes above and beyond in every way.
