When looking to hire someone, twenty years ago, to care for my husband in our home while I was at work, I was searching for an honest trustworthy individual. This person had to be acceptable to him also because she would be giving full attention to his the daily needs. I looked for someone that had health care knowledge and experience. I interviewed Kristina and as we talked and learned things about each other I had the feeling she would be the right person for the job, it would be a good fit. And I can tell you I made the right decision in hiring her. She is a very compassionate person with a good work ethic and dedicated to her job. I believe after speaking with Kristina and hearing of her experience and strengths, anyone hiring Kristina would be very comfortable knowing their loved one was in very capable hands.
