I'm a passionate childcare provider with over three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I've always had a love for working with children and find great joy in fostering their growth and development. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I always strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I make it a point to keep parents updated on their child's day. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I also follow the parents' preferred method of communication, whether it be text, email, or phone calls. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead in this regard. I believe that consistency is important for children, and I work to ensure that the rules are followed in a fair and consistent manner.
