About Kristi

I'm a retired human resources professional with 35+ years experience seeking part time employment. My interest in elder care began early in my career as an employee for New Castle County - Senior Services in DE. Additionally, I have personal experience in providing care for my mother prior her passing in 2020. By nature I'm patient, altruistic and have a positive outlook on life. My career in human resources allowed me to strengthen my people skills and experience the gratification of being a reliable resource to management and coworkers. My interests are fitness, dancing, traveling and spending time with my grandchildren. I'm an animal lover and willing care for pets if needed. I'm interested in providing companionship care on a part time basis, preferably Monday - Friday, for approximately 20 hours/week but can be flexible.
