About Kristie

I began working with kids through babysitting my cousins, friends siblings, and job shadowing a first grade class for 30 hours. Because of these situations, it has led me to pursue a career in elementary education. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, hangout with friends, color, watch tv, read, and occasionally workout. I will prioritize the safety, well-being, and happiness of your children. My commitment includes a nurturing environment, maintaining open communication, and being responsible and attentive while also ensuring an enjoyable experience for the kids under my care. My skills include Patience, Communication, and Adaptability. Patience allows me to navigate challenges calmly, and build positive relationships. Communication is effective for understanding and responding to a child's need, as well as maintaining open communication with parents. Being adaptable allows me to respond to changing circumstances, and adjust caregiving approaches to meet individual needs.
