In addition to successfully (but not perfectly) raising and launching my own three sons, I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, including special needs children. We loved Kristiana when we interviewed her! She really engaged with our kids during the interview and they really responded to her. She was a great communicator and very professional when we set up the interview, and was very punctual. Circumstances didn't allow us to hire her in the end, but if they had been different, we would have, for sure!
