Kristen does an acceptable job. On our first cleaning Kristen unplugged a scented Bath & Body Wallflower and plugged it back in upside down leaving the solution to eat into my wood floors and trim. She was very professional and took care of it with her insurance company but it was a large inconvenience to have to remove all of our furniture from our bedroom to have the floor sanded and refinished. We've since experienced the same wallflowers being unplugged during cleaning and left sitting on furniture, leaving it vulnerable to being spilled again. I've had to point out areas that weren't being cleaned that to me were very obvious (shelves in bathroom, baseboards, corner of countertops). I also found my dirty rugs draped over my couch several times recently leaving dirt on my furniture. We've also had to have conversations about charging for a full 4 hours when she was only at our house for 3.5. A lot of time is spent talking on the phone while cleaning as well which leads me to believe is the cause for some performance misses. Overall she did an okay job. We ultimately ended up dissolving the relationship due to a rate hike I didn't feel was warranted for the level of work being done as referenced above.
