We initially booked Kristen for 3 days in two weeks. The day before Kristen's first visit she called and cancelled because she got the dates for her trip to Las Vegas wrong. This gave us less than 24 hours to find a new care solution. On top of that Kristen was slow to respond to our introduction call, and had to be reminded multiple times of the call. She wound up being over an hour late from our planned time.
