About Kristen

Hi! My name is Kristen, I am a 29-year-old living in Bend with a pretty diverse background. I grew up in Southern California before moving to Bend in 2014 to attend COCC where I received my AA in Psychology and Early Childhood Education. After a few years working in Bend post graduation I joined the Navy with a focus in intelligence in hopes to diversify my background, see the world a bit, and gain access to a higher education. Now that I have completed my enlistment I am incredibly happy and lucky to be back home and able to begin to go to school (Spring 2025) to pursue a career in therapy/counseling. I spend a majority of my time with my incredible group of friends, practicing yoga, reading, and attending local music/events as much as possible. I pride myself in providing a safe, kind, and supportive environment and hope to be in touch with some local families that might need some help!
