About Kristen

Hello, I am currently a stay at home Mom with my 3 and 4-year-old. My availability right now is in the evenings and weekends. My kids will both be in AM Pre-K in August so I will have more morning availability in the Fall. My goal as your care taker is to manage your meal preparation, house keeping and errands. I'm a certified Health Coach and truly have a passion for nutrition and health and wellness. I get most excited about sharing yummy healthy recipes with my clients. Along side food preparation, I will do light cleaning, organizing, laundry, dishes and I'm available to run errands and pick up small tasks. My goal is to be someone you can depend on regularly, someone who you can trust and enjoy being around. Overtime I've realized that I connect well with elderly people and I would like to be more involved in the senior community.
