I am a Special Education teacher for over 10 years. I have worked with students in both the self-contained and the general education classroom settings. Prior to teaching the elementary level, I was a preschool teacher in Smithtown, NY. I completed my student teaching at a High School in New York. My husband and I moved from Long Island in 2004, since we have several family members in the Cary/Apex area. We have two beautiful children, a 6-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy. We love it here, and have decided that NC would be our permanent home!
