I began babysitting two young children at the age of 13 and continued to care for children into my twenties. One of my had four children. I volunteered for years in the church nursery as well as taught Sunday school. Then, at the age of 28, I became a mom and now have three children. I have been homeschooling them for almost 9 years. I have been working with care. com for one year and have served over 10 families. So, I have lots of experience with children! I am also CPR, AED and First Aid certified.

Kristen took care of my pets (dog & ferret) for 8 days while I vacationed. It was the first time I left my elderly, blind dog in another's care. She is very skittish around strangers; Kristen’s kindness and patience won her over. Kristen sent regular text updates to let me know how my fur babies were doing. I came home to a clean house, two well-cared for pets and a week’s worth of mail stacked neatly on the kitchen table. Kristen is the perfect pet sitter!
