About Kristen

Hi my name is Kristen! I am currently new to care. com. I have been working with children since I was about 13, then continued on to work at a day camp watching children from ages 3-12 years old, and then even continued to work with children as a part time teacher for a youth academy. This past year I worked as a nanny (referred by a friend) for a 6-month-old and a 6-year-old and was able to watch them grow for a year until the infant was initially old enough to go to preschool. It was such a wonderful experience working, I wish to continue working with children on the side. I currently have a full time job from 8am-5 p.m. but would like to work part time in evenings or weekends as a nanny/ babysitter. I love working with kids because they bring so much joy in my life and it's really beautiful being able to watch them learn and grow.
