Thank you for taking time to look at my profile. I am kind, patient, honest, hard-working, well traveled and I am highly respectful of the elder and special needs community. I am an excellent cook and well versed on nutrition and specified dietary restrictions and needs. I am CPR and First Aid Certified with a clear criminal and driving record and I have excellent transportation. I believe I could be a valuable asset in helping you or your loved one with; companionship, assistance with medications, household organizational projects, tidying up, laundry, errands (Dr. appointments, grocery shopping, recreational outings, etc.), meal planning and meal preparation. Thank you so much for your consideration!

Kristen is absolutely terrific. She’s personable, well organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. She describes herself as an “on-time machine” and she is exactly that. Kristen has been working for us for well over a year, and she has proven herself extremely reliable and capable. Our situation is unique. My 67 year old wife has been suffering from a debilitating illness (thankfully, her prognosis is good) and I keep a pretty busy schedule. It’s a difficult situation to adapt to because it’s so unusual, but Kristen has settled in well. In the process, she has become an integral part of our family unit and she’s filled important voids that have resulted from this illness. Her duties vary: She shops, prepares meals, walks the dog, and drives my wife to doctor appointments and elsewhere. She runs errands for us, keeps my wife current on her meds, and helps our household operate efficiently. When necessary, she offers moral support to both of us which is greatly appreciated. If I have to travel, she stays overnight while I’m away. Needless to say, she is very trustworthy and versatile. As a result of the Eaton fire in Altadena, we have unexpectedly relocated (about an hour away) and our need for Kristen’s services has come to an unforeseen halt. Until we have clarity on the future we will no longer need her full time, but we still look forward employing her on a one-off basis once life normalizes…if she is available. Tough to let her go, but we simply have no choice. Regardless of need, we look forward to maintaining contact with Kristen as a newfound friend and pseudo family member. On a scale of 10, Kristen is an easy 12!
