About Kristen

Hey there! My name is Kristen. I have been a full time nanny to a happy and fun toddler boy for the last 1. 5 years. The family I am currently working for have been amazing, but they will be moving in January. I am looking to join a new family then, and hopefully grow for a couple of years with them. Before working for my current employers, I taught preschool for 7 years in both public and private school settings. I loved teaching very much, and got so much valuable experience in the classroom, but the more I worked as a nanny during my time off from school, I felt this was my true calling, to help in the home. I have worked with children as young as 8mo old to 7 years old. During my free time, I love to run, hike, and stay active. I love to read for myself (and have a pretty extensive knowledge of kids books too!), I like to try new foods, and check out local events in Long Beach where I am located. Hope to chat soon!
